We forage wild mushrooms to create original mushroom spore prints. But spores fade over time, so we preserve and enlarge the images as limited-edition, full-color photographs printed on archival, museum quality paper using pigment inks.
Original spore prints are as small as 6” x 8”. The photo prints are up to 40” x 55”. Imperfections, such as insect tracks, are not digitally removed. Our fungi produce orange, brown, black, white, and even pink spores.
